Delivery Information


Prices on this website are quoted in pounds sterling (£, GBP) 

Standard delivery charges for UK mainland addresses: 

  • £3.95 - standard delivery (Royal Mail tracked 48) 
  • £7.95 - priority - usually delivered the next day if ordered before 2:30 pm.


Normally, we also ship any orders above £350ex. by special delivery at no extra cost.

Please note that Next Day delivery is unavailable for certain areas of the UK including the highlands and the Channel Islands.


 

International delivery

We also offer international delivery. However, not all products can be shipped abroad (for example Dentapreg, Eighteeth, NSK).  

The standard flat rate is £11 . However, it may be more for larger or heavier items - we will notify you before dispatch.  

The minimum order value for international shipping is £180. Orders below that amount could still be shipped but may attract additional postage costs, to cover the shipping cost.


Delivery outside the UK may attract additional taxes or customs charges imposed by your country. We do not have control over these taxes and can not be held responsible for any import charges. 

Orders over £250 to EU countries may be shipped directly from one of the EU companies we work with. It may take a few days longer for delivery, but there would be no import charges or taxes to pay on arrival.
