Intra-Oral Photography Mirror Occlusal Adult
Please note that if you do not have a mirror holder/handle (which you can purchase separately) then we recommend the occlusal adult long mirror, which is about 3cm longer and makes it easier to take photos without fingers appearing in the photograph. Available here.
These mirrors are made of float glass, with a thickness of 3mm. They are front surface, coated with pure Titanium or Chromium using a sputtering vacuum process. No double image and the glass is perfectly flat giving distortionless images. Mirrors are double sided, reversible even for asymmetrical shapes.
Ttanium coating: offers a high definition of the reflected image (close to 80%) incomparable in brightness, sharpness, and clarity. Provides higher reflectivity than rhodium, chrome, or polished metal mirrors.
Pure Reflect by Acteon (available for the most popular 2 shapes only). Offer true clarity with a reflection rate close to 100%, providing a precise image of colours and dental structures without distortion.
Glass sheets used in the manufacturing process of our mirrors are made in Europe. The vast majority of Chromium or Titanium coated dental intraoral mirrors sold in Europe come from the same manufacturer of glass sheets thus offering the same reflection index. Our mirrors are hand-finished, making their edges smoother. Rhodium coated glass mirrors sold on (especially) marketplace websites usually have nothing or very little of Rhodium in their coating, therefore being noticeably darker than any Chromium coated mirrors.
